Which currency will I be charged in ?

We currently only support USD.

If your credit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose.

How do I cancel my order before I make a payment ?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.

How long will delivery take?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Due to Covid-19 issue, we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

Do you accept returns ?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

– The product must have been sold on our online store
– The product shouldn’t have been used in any way

Are returns free ?

If the responsibility lies with the seller, the return is free for buyer.

But if the responsibility lies with the buyer,  buyer will be charged with a 20% processing fee (min. fee $6) for returns.
